Return & Exchange Policy
We want our customers to have the best shopping experience ever! Our dedicated product team is always looking for the best items to guarantee the best quality and style before shipping.
Carefully check your size before you buy using the size chart (see sizing info) to make sure you choose the correct sizes.
If you are not satisfied with the item you receive, we can provide an exchange or return. Please, feel free to submit a ticket to our customer service team and we will do the best we can to respond in a timely manner. Please check the procedure below in order to make the process fast and comfortable.
Customers can ship the product(s) to our warehouse within 7 days from the day that the item(s) were purchased. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all the original tags and liners attached. We are happy to exchange the product(s) for you upon acceptance, but you must pay the return's shipping fee on your own. For sanitary reasons, we do not exchange swimwear.
Returns & Refund
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the day you purchase your item(s).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all the original tags and liners still attached.
- Items must be sent in original packaging
- For intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear, if there are no quality problems, then we don't offer returns or exchanges.
- The selected size does not fit the customer's measurements.
- The customer simply wants a change for another product or return it.
- Patterns have some variations according to the picture.
- Color is slightly different from the picture.
- Material quality is not exactly what customer wants.
Customers wanting to return or exchange must contact our customer service team before proceeding. The return process will not be valid unless contacting us first.
Steps to Make a Return or Exchange:

2. If you want an exchange, then just let our customer service team know in the email you send them what size or style is needed. If you need to return then also let our customer service team know in the email and our warehouse will arrange for the acceptance of your item(s) back to us. Once accepted, we will issue a refund to you.
3. Pack your items in their original packaging. Pay for shipping label that has the address provided by our support team. Keep track of tracking number in case of shipping issues.
4. Please allow 7 business days for the item(s) transit to our warehouse and once accepted another 2-3 business days for processing the return/refund.
